Lucia Garza is Partner and CEO of HARBOR economics. She coordinates the collection, analysis, and generation of economic intelligence and serves as a consultant on economic, energy, and strategic business issues. 

She holds bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and Law from the Universidad de Monterrey, graduating with highest honors in both fields. Additionally, she earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight from the Escuela de Gobierno y Transformación Pública at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she also received an Honorable Mention in Excellence.
